- Big sliced onion - 1

- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Marathi Moggu - 2
- Star Anise - 3
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Shahjeera - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew - 10
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped coriander & mint leaves
- Mint leaves - 2 cups
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Broken green chilli - 3
- Water - required
- Garlic - 10
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Salt - to taste
