To Make Manchurian Balls :-- Grated potato - 2 cups
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp (add as per your taste)
- Chopped green chilli - 1
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
- Onion Petals - 1/4 cup
- Capsicum Petals - 1/4 cup
- Spring onion - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilli - 2
- 1 tsp wheat flour + 1/4 cup water
- Finely chopped coriander
