High Protein Green Gram Curry | Green Gram Kurma | for Rice, Chapathi, Roti | Whole Moong Dal Curry for Chapathi | Best Vegan Protein | పెసల కుర్మా | Madhu's Cooking
INGREDIENTS
- Green Gram (Whole Moong Dal) - 1 cup (1 hr soaked)
- Tamarind Puree - extract from small lemon sized tamarind
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Slit Green Chilli - 3
- Onion - 2 medium sized (finely chopped )
- Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
- Curry Leaves - 1 stem (finely chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp (as per your taste)
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
FOR CURRY PASTE :-
- Peanuts - 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry Coconut Slices - 2 tsp (Grated Coconut also fine)
